COVID-19 UPDATE Kiwi Holiday Parks are all open for business. We are urging our staff, guests and visitors to be extra vigilant to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are rolling out measures to ensure your safety - which is our main priority. We have increased our cleaning schedules around the parks, particularly in high traffic areas. This cleaning includes wiping down surfaces with a disinfectant. If you are feeling unwell please do not frequent our parks to help prevent putting other people at risk. If you do need to cancel a booking that was made through Kiwi Holiday Parks website you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Please contact [email protected] to do so. If you made your booking through a park directly, please contact that park. Everyone entering New Zealand from midnight Sunday the 15th of March is required to self-isolate for 14 days after their arrival, according to new government directives. If you would like more information about the virus, please visit the Ministry of Health website: www.health.govt.nz
