COVID-19 UPDATE

Kiwi Holiday Parks are all open for business.  We are urging our staff, guests and visitors to be extra vigilant to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  We are rolling out measures to ensure your safety - which is our main priority.   We have increased our cleaning schedules around the parks, particularly in high traffic areas. This cleaning includes wiping down surfaces with a disinfectant.

If you are feeling unwell please do not frequent our parks to help prevent putting other people at risk.

If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention by calling the dedicated Healthline 0800 358 5453. You will be provided with information on what to do by the trained health professionals.

If you do need to cancel a booking that was made through Kiwi Holiday Parks website you will not be charged a cancellation fee.  Please contact [email protected] to do so.  If you made your booking through a park directly, please contact that park.

Everyone entering New Zealand from midnight Sunday the 15th of March is required to self-isolate for 14 days after their arrival, according to new government directives.
If you are planning to self isolate at a park, please contact them to make arrangements prior to your visit.

If you would like more information about the virus, please visit the Ministry of Health website: www.health.govt.nz

If you would like to discuss your concerns with Kiwi Holiday Parks please email [email protected].

We look forward to seeing you and your family and helping to make you holiday or travels safe and pleasurable.
