Situated in the tranquil surrounds of a large tree studded park. Where the Waitangi river runs alongside the one boundary it is safe for swimming and kayaking up to the Lilypond Falls. We are located close to Kerikeri,Paihia and Waitangi (Maori History) and central to pick-up point for tours - Swim with the Dolphins, Hole in the Rock, Cape Reinga and loads of other exciting activities. We have ample parking for boats and trailers; well presented cabins with linen available; studio and 2-bedroom self-contained tourist flats.  As a couple, you can enjoy a unique stay in one of our two Yurts (glamping tents). Playground; badminton and volleyball court; a large recreation room. Ideal for social and educational tours.
