General
We are a network of over 47 independently owned Holiday Parks providing travellers with a varied and unique range of accommodation and locations. Check-in is usually from 1pm or 2pm, however we suggest you check with individual holiday parks. Check out is usally at 10am.
Details of your family name under which the booking was made.
Contact the park during office hours for alternative arrival instructions.
Friends of guests are welcome, but must first check in with the reception office on arrival.
Some parks allow pets - please check with the individual park before you book.
All of our parks offer a complimentary local booking service.
Booking your holiday
We give you the choice of booking direct with the individual parks or booking online.
Yes, it is advisable to pre-book during these periods.
The time of year you are travelling will determine whether or not you need to pre-book. We recommend pre-booking all of your accommodation if you are planning on travelling during peak holiday times. If outside of the peak periods, then it is not so important to have all of your accommodation pre-booked. Certain shoulder seasons can also be busy periods.
Yes, pre-paid accommodation vouchers can be purchased through from 'Central Reservations'. Simply forward a request to the Central Reservations Office, stating the number required. Don’t forget to include the number of persons in your party. Adults and children (14 years and under). Pre-paid vouchers can also be purchased from your Travel Agent.
It is not necessary to pre-book a powered site for a campervan/motorhome. Part of the enjoyment of travelling by campervan is the flexibility that it offers, and the freedom thereby created. However, if you want to book ahead as you travel through the country, all Kiwi Holiday Member Parks will book ahead for you. Merely ask at reception. Remember to watch those peak times and book ahead.

Age of guests
In a holiday park, a child is considered to be 14 years and under. From 15 years and older they are considered adults and pay the adult rate. In some other accommodation establishments different ages may apply.
For pre-booked accommodation and for pre-paid accommodation vouchers, a 6 month infant is FREE. Most holiday parks and other accommodation providers do not charge for children under 1 year.
About New Zealand
Yes, we can. Just give us your expected arrival and departure dates and we will do the rest. Alternatively, give us the number of days that you wish to spend in New Zealand and we will plan a suggested itinerary for your consideration.
Peak periods are Christmas/New Year, January, Easter, all school holidays in April, July and September. Remember Australian school holiday periods are very similar to New Zealand. Shoulder seasons are February and March, and October through to Christmas. The ski season in Queenstown and Wanaka for July/August/September is another busy period for those locations.
